Our Work
What makes HR-Formation refreshingly different is not just our specialised focus on healthcare, but more importantly, the style of our project managers and how they approach their projects. We manage all of our projects using Prince2 methodology and we understand the NHS culture.
We are constantly training and improving our network of project managers who are hired for their 'soft skills' as well as their project management skills. Our team are professional, well presented, and operate with a 'no surprises' approach. Mutual trust is imperative to the success of an assignment.
Our managers are encouraged to work four days per week on-site with the client, and one day per week at the head office for de-briefing with the rest of the HR-Formation team. We will review any risks and issues, lessons learnt and establish a clear focus for the following week. We work together as a team.
